BanterPop lets you pick a funny sample, add a selfie or portrait, and create a private reaction image for your gallery or chats.

Common Questions

Image generation did not finish

Check your network connection, make sure the selected photo is clear, and try again with a shorter interface keyword. If a purchase was charged but generation failed, do not delete the app before checking your Pops balance.

Photo, camera, or microphone access

BanterPop only asks for these permissions when you choose a matching feature. You can review or change access in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security.

Gallery and saved images

Your Gallery is stored locally on your device. Saved reaction images remain private unless you choose to copy, save, export, or share them.

Pops and purchases

Pops are consumable credits for AI generation. Use Restore Purchases if StoreKit reports a pending transaction or if you need to refresh purchase delivery.

Before Contacting Support

  1. Update BanterPop to the latest version available from the App Store.
  2. Confirm that iOS photo, camera, microphone, and speech recognition permissions match the feature you are using.
  3. Restart the app if image generation, Gallery loading, or purchase delivery appears stuck.
  4. Include your device model, iOS version, BanterPop app version, and a short description of the issue.

BanterPop is designed as a local, private creative tool. Avoid uploading photos you do not have permission to use, and avoid entering sensitive personal information into prompts.
