BanterPop is an AI funny expression pack generator. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you choose a sample, upload a selfie or portrait, edit an interface keyword, generate an image, save the result, or use the Gallery and Pops Store.
BanterPop is designed as a local, private creative tool. It does not provide public social feeds, stranger messaging, public ranking, or community posting.
BanterPop may store a local session identifier, Pops balance, processed purchase transaction identifiers, private Gallery metadata, cached generated images, and app preferences on your device.
Gallery content is private by default and remains on your device unless you choose to share, copy, export, or delete it.
When you tap Generate, the portrait or selfie you selected is sent to an image editing service together with the generation prompt. Local sample images are not uploaded as image files; they provide style and expression constraints through the prompt keyword.
The service returns an image result, which BanterPop displays in the Result screen and may cache locally for Gallery, Share, Copy, and Save features.
BanterPop uses Apple StoreKit for consumable Pops purchases. Apple processes payment information. BanterPop does not receive or store your payment card details.
Pops balance and completed transaction identifiers may be stored locally to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate delivery, support pending transaction checks, and reset local purchase state if you delete the account on this device.
BanterPop does not sell personal information. Your generated images are shared only when you use system sharing, copy, save, or other export actions available on your device.
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the app, including the AI image generation service and Apple purchase infrastructure.
Local session data, Gallery entries, cached images, and Pops purchase state remain on your device until you delete them or use the Delete Account feature. Deleting the local account removes the local profile, Pops balance, and saved Gallery from this device.
Service providers may retain data according to their own operational, security, and legal requirements.
Please avoid entering private personal data, sensitive identifiers, or targeted harassment into prompts. Use templates and uploaded images only when you have the right to use and share them.
BanterPop is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us through the App Store listing or the support channel available for the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The updated version will show a new Last updated date.
