User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BanterPop, you agree to these User Agreement terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Description

BanterPop lets you choose a local funny expression sample, provide a selfie or portrait, edit an interface keyword, and generate a funny reaction image using AI image editing. Generated results can be saved, copied, shared, and kept in a private local Gallery.

3. Your Content and Rights

• You are responsible for the photos, selfies, prompts, keywords, and generated images you use in BanterPop.
• Only upload or use images when you have the right and permission to use them.
• Do not use BanterPop to impersonate others, harass people, create deceptive content, or violate rights, laws, or platform rules.

4. AI Generated Output

AI output may be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for every use. You should review generated images before sharing, saving, or using them outside the app.

BanterPop does not guarantee that generated content will match a prompt, sample, identity, expression, style, or quality expectation.

5. Pops and Purchases

Pops are consumable virtual credits used for AI funny image generations. Each generation currently costs 8 Pops. Share Preview is free.

Pops purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Prices, taxes, refunds, billing, and payment methods are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple's terms.

Generated memes, Pops, or purchases do not buy public ranking, exposure, social reach, or promotion inside BanterPop.

6. Local Gallery

The Gallery stores generated image records and cached images locally on your device. You can rename, duplicate, delete, save, copy, or share generated results using available app controls.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload or generate illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, misuse, or attack app services, API keys, endpoints, or purchase systems.
• Do not use BanterPop for public deception, scams, targeted harassment, or unauthorized use of another person's likeness.

8. No Public Social Service

BanterPop does not provide stranger social networking, public feeds, public leaderboards, private messaging, or community submissions. Sharing is controlled by you through device share, copy, save, and export actions.

9. Availability and Changes

Features, models, pricing, generation cost, StoreKit products, and availability may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where needed for product, safety, legal, or operational reasons.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation

BanterPop is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

11. Termination and Deletion

You may stop using BanterPop at any time. The Delete Account feature removes the local profile, Pops balance, and saved Gallery from this device.
